Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be a lovely place with a charming traditional ambiance and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient with a great view of the canals, and the Ayurvedic massage offered was a delightful experience. However, I did experience some frustration with the dining options, as certain items were unavailable during my meals, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the traditional ambiance and views of the canals were a highlight, the check-in process was frustrating and the amenities in the room left much to be desired. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, and the dining options were hit or miss. Overall, it has its charm, but some areas need improvement to live up to expectations.
I enjoyed my stay at the resort, particularly the unique setting near the Punnamada Kayal. The ambiance and view from the resort are truly captivating, making it a lovely place for families. However, the dining experience left much to be desired due to issues with the food temperature and taste. While the parking is ample and easily accessible, some maintenance and service areas could use improvement.
My stay at Pagoda Resorts was delightful, especially for the vibrant marriage function we attended. The cottage we were upgraded to provided a cozy refuge, and the food was an absolute highlight, particularly the karimeen pollichathu. While the breakfast variety was impressive, the dinner buffet could use a bit more choice. Despite a few minor hiccups with the dinner options, the overall experience was enjoyable, offering great value for money.
My experience at the resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The Ayurveda package was fantastic, and the food was quite good, especially the breakfast. However, the rooms could definitely use better amenities, and the service at times felt lacking. Overall, it's a decent place but not without its issues.
